1. Membership and Fees:
- We offer various membership options, including drop-in classes, class packages, and monthly memberships. Please refer to our website or inquire at the front desk for current pricing and membership details.
- Payment for classes and memberships is due in full at the time of purchase. We accept cash, credit/debit cards, and online payments.

2. Code of Conduct:
- Respect for all individuals is paramount at our studio. Please be mindful of your behavior and language towards instructors and fellow clients.
- Please arrive on time for classes and refrain from disrupting ongoing sessions.
- Wear appropriate yoga attire and refrain from wearing strong scents or perfumes.

3. Cancellation and Refund Policy:
- If you need to cancel a class reservation, please do so at least 24 hours in advance to avoid being charged.
- Refunds for memberships or class packages are not available.

4. Liability Waiver:
- By participating in classes at our studio, you acknowledge and accept the inherent risks associated with physical activity. Please consult with your healthcare provider before starting any new exercise program.

5. Intellectual Property:
- All instructional materials and techniques provided by our studio are copyrighted and may not be reproduced or distributed without permission.

6. Privacy Policy:
- We respect your privacy and will only collect personal information necessary for class registration and communication purposes. Your information will not be shared with third parties.

7. Termination of Membership:
- We reserve the right to terminate a client’s membership for repeated violations of studio policies or disruptive behavior.

8. Dispute Resolution:
- Any disputes between clients and the studio will be resolved through mediation or arbitration.

Zero percent tolerance against cancellation policy—if you book it and miss it, you lose it.

We ask that  you provide more than 24-hour notice in the event you need to  cancel a personal training session/ all classes. No charges shall be levied when canceling with MORE than 24 hours notice given. If a cancellation  occurs with less than the 24-hours notice your account will be debited for that session. In the event that you miss more than 3 scheduled PT training sessions, your regular scheduled  training schedule  will be subject to change.

Session Promptness

Please arrive on time for a scheduled appointment. Please prepare to train barefoot or with an indoor only minimal training shoe. Bring a water flask and a hand towel.

Refunds

There will be no refunds for personal training sessions or booked classes. Individual classes and or class and group training packages are not transferable.

Session Expiration

Purchased PT sessions / class packages will expire after 3 months from the first scheduled session. Any remaining sessions left unused will not roll over to the next month, or to other training packages.
